Yin yoga is a deep, meditative, and reflective practice
Rooted at the intersection of ancient Chinese philosophy and Taoist principles. While most yoga styles work the muscles, yin goes deeper, targeting connective tissues like fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones, creating space to turn inward and tune into both body and mind. As our world moves faster, yin has emerged as a beloved counterbalance, and its popularity continues to grow.
This certification program offers a rich immersion into the practice: its origins, philosophy, and everything in between, whether you're just beginning your yin journey or expanding on a strong foundation.
