Sharyn is passionate in inspiring others to tap into their inner strength and wisdom during class. Her classes are an eclectic blend rooted in Hatha yoga and inspired by breath and body connectivity. Expect to be welcomed whole-heartedly regardless of level or background and to leave feeling challenged, possibly changed.

Off the mat Sharyn is a momma of two young adults, a data analyst, and a believer that we all are powerful beings capable of all we desire.
