Chakra Focus will tune you into your subtle body, one vortex at a time. From the roots of our feet to the crown of our head, we will use various asanas (poses) and pranayama (breath practice) to enhance awareness in specific chakras. Class ends with meditation to strengthen our minds and reconnect to ourselves.
Chakra (cakra in Sanskrit) means “wheel” and refers to energy points in your body. They are thought to be spinning disks of energy that should stay “open” and aligned, as they correspond to bundles of nerves, major organs, and areas of our energetic body that affect our emotional and physical well-being.
